A urine glucose strip will tell you right away if your problem is high blood sugar and I doubt that yours is. They're all highly innaccurate. <br /><br />The Relion meter I recommend is the blood glucose meter which should be used after meals to see what foods raise blood sugar to unacceptable levels.
